Dolly gave me total creative freedom in the shoot- from the looks I brought in, to the overall atmosphere I wanted in the photos, which was aided by her selection of backdrops and small props I was free to borrow. These allowed us to shoot a very diverse range of looks in one session. However, she was also able to offer suggestions around posing and styling when requested. As a person with limited modelling experience, this was very important to me as it allowed me to make the most of our shoot and get a sense of what poses worked well to get my desired effect.
